You do need to find out her last name because that is professional. To use just her first name is to imply that you know her personally. You want to sound as professional as possible because you want to be taken seriously. I hope this helps.

you might want to put in where u work or the name of the place plus your last name. and a signature in the end with a email or a phone number were she can contact you

Federal Grant Money, same in all states?

Does Rutgers give a lot of money out in grants?





Also, if you qualified in Fed grant money for 2150 at one school, will it be the same there as another in a different state?



Your Pell Grant money will be the same no matter what school you attend... and no matter what state.


Rutgers probably don't give out ANY grant money. They prob only give out scholarships. It's your state and the Feds who give out grant money (based on the fafsa results) like the Pell and the FSEOG and SMART grant.

Inside birthday cards, what other words can you use instead of

after the little poem or whatever's in your card, you write


'from: ___' or 'Love, ___'.





What else can you use instead of From and Love? Because 'from' is too plain, and 'love' is too lovey-ish.

okay so heres the scoop, last week i was walking down the road when all of a sudden i saw an arab!!!! he must have recently moved into my apartment complex because i found his towel thing on the stairs. i consulted with my fellow klansmen and klan chapterhouse on what might be neccessary action. they suggested that i bathe him in righteous fires, normally i would oblige but recently my informant in the department of homeland security has told me that the department has caught wind of our recent linchings of the dreaded tyrome biggs!!! i want to purify this man but im afraid that this time the u.s. justice system wont look the other way. what should i do???

Are there any countries that offer free college to foreigners?...like American foreigners?

I was wondering if countries like Finland and Switzerland offer free education for foreigners. I'm American and would like to do my graduate years in one of these "free" countries but I'm not sure if they're only free for citizens.



As of 2010 Finland and Sweden will be joining most other EU nations in offering free/subsidised tuition fees only to other EU citizens (who have been resident for at least 3 years) and so as an American you will not qualify. Whilst having free tuition is clearly very attractive, we do actually pay for this through our higher taxes and so I'm sure you can appreciate that we're not that keen to pay for the education of an American who has never contributed to our taxes!
